Gnanasara Thera further remanded

The General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena, Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thera has been further remanded until February 16 by the Homagama Magistrate Court.
The Thera was re-produced before the Magistrate today for allegedly threatening Sandhya Eknaligoda, the wife of missing journalist Prageeth Eknaligoda.
The Magistrate had granted bail to Gnanasara Thera on the charge of contempt of court yesterday. The Thera was enlarged on two personal bails of Rs.100,000 each, according to Ada Derana reporter.
