Restoraton of power underway - CEB

The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) says that the restoration of electricity is currently underway and that power has already been restored in cities such as Colombo and Kandy.

The power will be fully restored within an hour, the CEB said.

UPDATE: Power tripped again while being restored in Colombo areas resulting in power failures in Colombo, the CEB Chairman said.
