Man shot dead in Mulleriyawa

A person has been shot and killed in the Pethiyagoda area in Mulleriyawa.
Police said that the shooting was carried out by three unidentified men on two motorcycles and that they immediately fled the scene.
The 41-year-old victim was rushed to the Mulleriyawa Hospital in critical condition, however succumbed to injuries before admission.
No arrests have been made so far regarding the murder while Mulleriyawa Police is conducting an investigation.
