Mahendran’s son-in-law pays Ravi’s hotel bill - Aluthgamage

UPFA MP Mahindananda Aluthgamage asserted that legal action will be taken against Deputy Minister Ranjan Ramanayake for making false allegations against him.


The observation was made during a press conference held in Colombo this afternoon (22).


“A letter of demand will be sent to Ramanayake demanding Rs.500 million as damage for making defamatory remarks about me,” Aluthgamage added.


Ramanayake yesterday said that there was a defender with forged number plates at the MP’s Quarters at Madiwela which was allegedly used for some illegal activity and it was used by Mahindananda Aluthgamage.


Aluthgamage also claimed they got information that payments had been made amounting to Rs.1.5 million on monthly basis to a famous hotel where Minister Ravi Karunanayake accommodates by the son-in-law of Central Bank Governor Arjuna Mahendran.
