Man shot dead in Mutwal area

An individual has been shot dead by a group which had come on a three wheeler in Mutwal area, the police said.
The incident had taken place when the deceased was at his clandestine lover’s house this evening (29).
The deceased has also been identified as a suspect in a murder that occurred in Grandpass area in 2014, the police said. His remains have been taken to the Colombo National hospital for a post-mortem.
