Fire erupts at the eastern terminal of Colombo Harbour

A fire has broken out in a rubber stock at the eastern terminal of the Colombo Harbour, Ada Derana reporter said.


The fire erupted a short while ago on Monday afternoon (29).


Fire fighters are currently attempting to douse the flames with the help of army personnel and police, reporter added.


The cause of fire has not yet been identified.
