I was not a Director of the Perpetual Treasuries Ltd. when the CBSL treasury bond issue occurred, Arjun Aloysius says.


He made the observation while responding to a question asked by Ada Derana on Tuesday.


However, Dep.Min Ajith P. Perera yesterday said that the COPE has recommended legal action against Arjun Aloysius and Directors of Perpetual Treasuries Ltd. over the CBSL bond issuance issue.
