President Ranil calls on Filipino counterpart...

President Ranil Wickremesinghe met with President of the Philippines Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. in Manila this morning (Sep 29). The Philippines President accorded a rousing welcome to his Sri Lankan counterpart upon his arrival at the Malacanang Palace in Manila. During the meeting, President Wickremesinghe said the long-standing friendship between Sri Lanka and the Philippines would be promoted by developing Asian regional cooperation.
