Rajitha says he turned down offers to take up PM post

Minister of Health and Indigenous Medicine Dr Rajitha Senaratne says that he turned down the proposals which were made for him to take over the position of Prime Minister, during the time of the no-confidence motion.
Speaking at an event in Aluthgama, he also stated that they will work towards bringing the current government back in to power in 2020.
