The Yahapalana government is planning for another ‘war hero hunt’ says the National Freedom Front (NFF).

National Organizer of NFF Jayantha Samaraweera stated this at a press conference held in Colombo, today (20).

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is attempting to arrest Lieutenant Colonel Erantha Peiris who worked at the Army Intelligence, regarding the disappearance of Journalist Prageeth Ekneligoda, Samaraweera claimed.

He pointed out that TID DIG Nalaka de Silva, who had allegedly conspired to assassinate the President and Gotabaya Rajapaksa, still has not been arrested.

Samaraweera further says that he can declare with confidence that DIG Nalaka de Silva has connections with the LTTE terrorist organization.
