Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) says that if justice isn’t done for Ven. Galagoda Atte Gnanasara Thero who is currently serving a prison sentence, they will boycott all religious activities of political leaders including the President.

Ven. Diyasenpura Wimala Thero stated this at a press conference held in Colombo today (02).

Following the press conference, theros representing several organizations including BBS handed over a letter to the Presidential Secretariat requesting presidential pardon for Gnanasara Thero.

Meanwhile, this event was joined by former Minister Mervyn Silva and the footwear he had worn for the occasion caught everyone’s attention.
