223 navy men at SLAF quarantine centre released

A total of 223 navy personnel, who were under quarantine, have completed the procedure.

They were quarantined at the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) Quarantine Centre in Mullaitivu.

The naval personnel who were released today were confirmed by PCR tests that they were not infected with COVID-19.

They have also been instructed to be in self isolation for a further 14-day period before returning to duty.
