Free mobile clinics for quarantined residents of urban flats in Colombo

The Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) has decided to carry out free-of-charge mobile clinics for people under quarantine at urban flats within its limits.

The Public Health Department of the CMC said the program is coming into effect after careful consideration of the health and safety of the residents of these housing schemes, who are suffering from non-communicable diseases.

Details of the mobile clinic schedule are as follows:

Methsada Sevana (Modara) – 16th of November from 9.00 am 
Minijaya Sevana (Modara) – 17th of November from 9.00 am 
Ranmina Sevana (Modara) – 18th of November from 9.00 am 
Sirisanda Uyana (Bloemendhal) – 19th of November from 9.00 am 
NHS Apartment (Maligawatte) – 20th of November from 9.00 am 
Randiya Uyana (Modara) – 21st of November from 9.00 am 
Sirimuthu Uyana (Bloemendhal) – 23rd of November from 9.00 am 
Muwadora Uyana (Thotalanga) – 24th of November from 9.00 am 
Sirisanda Sevana (Modara) – 25th of November from 9.00 am 
Ranmuthu Sevana (Modara) – 26th of November from 9.00 am 
Sathhiru Sevana (Modara) – 27th of November from 9.00 am 
Lakhiru Sevana (Modara) – 28th of November from 9.00 am

In addition, CMC has introduced multiple hotlines for residents of urban flats to seek free medical consultations during the pandemic.
