Diana Gamage’s MP seat: Court to deliver verdict on June 06

The Court of Appeal has fixed June 06, 2023 to deliver the verdict of the petition filed seeking a writ order to disqualify State Minister Diana Gamage from holding a parliamentary seat.
The petition was taken up today (April 03), before the Appellate Court bench consisting of the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Nissanka Bandula Karunaratne and Justice A. Marikkar.
