Certain UNP elements to blame - Lakshman

Yesterday at the 360 interview with Derana TV UNP MP Lakshman Seneviratne stated that it was UNP party members themselves who are to blame as they have provoked the innocent man to commit such an act.
He said this in regard to the incident where a man set himself on fire outside ‘Sirikotha’. Seneviratne requested police to conduct a full probe on the incident.
He also questioned how a lone man was able to bring so many petrol cans to the scene to set himself on fire.
