Person claiming to be ‘Vishwa Buddha’ arrested by CID

The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) has arrested a person in robes claiming to be ‘Vishwa Buddha’.

According to police, the robed suspect, who was arrested in Kalagedihena, had allegedly issued statements demeaning Buddhism.
