33 including 25 schoolchildren hospitalised after two buses collide head-on

At least 33 individuals including schoolchildren have been injured and hospitalised following a head-on collision involving a ‘Sisu Sariya’ bus and a bus belonging to the Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) near the E.C.C. Junction in Ampara.

The injured passengers, including 25 schoolchildren, have been admitted to hospital for treatment, Ada Derana reporter said.
