Lasith Malinga appointed Sri Lanka consultant coach for T20 World Cup

Sri Lanka’s legendary fast bowler Lasith Malinga is set to serve as the Fast Bowling Consultant Coach for the Sri Lankan national team during their four preliminary round matches of the T20 World Cup 2026.
According to cricket sources, Malinga will join the national squad on February 05 to begin his consultancy role.
