Chief Inspector Linton de Silva transferred with immediate effect

Chief Inspector Linton de Silva, who served as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Western Province North Crimes Division, has been transferred with immediate effect.

It is reported that he has been reassigned to the Police Medical Services Division.
