Unhandled Exceptions: Preview
Mobitel inner 1278

After several weeks of silence and a bit of teasing through the Facebook page, Tech Rumble is happy to announce the start of a brand new weekly web video series that aims to give exposure to entrepreneurs, technopreneurs and people who are just doing things differently in life. The series will be called Unhandled Exceptions and to find out what the show is all about, check out the video.

The vision of Unhandled Exceptions can be divided into three areas.

1) Give exposure to entrepreneurs, technopreneurs, people who are doing things different in life and essentially people with a story to share

2) In the case of companies and individuals who are attempting to branch out into brand new ventures, our aim is to ask questions which will test them to find if they can walk the talk. This isn’t to put anyone down, it simply is another way of giving exposure to the people being interviewed by asking them questions that potential users and investors might ask. If the individuals can’t answer the questions it’s not a bad thing. It’s simply a learning experience. And if they answer them well, our hope is that someday potential investors will be watching the show and will be interested in investing in the companies that prove they can walk the talk.

3) Bring in people who have been successful in their endeavours to share their story so that those watching may be inspired to try out new things themselves.

Also, something to note is that while the shows are not live, the interviews are unscripted. That means that the interviewees hear the questions for the first time only when they are being interviewed on set.

How do I get on the show?

The first step is to throw away fear and self doubt. If you have a dream that you want to follow then at some point you have to step up to the challenges you will face and one of the challenges will be talking to people about it and having everything you thought was wonderful being questioned over and over again. But like I say in the video, it’s only those who can say “no I don’t know the answer to everything but when the time comes I’m going to find out” who end up being the exceptions.

The next step is to contact me (Adnan Issadeen) via any of the following methods,

Via my mobile - 0773833241

Via twitter - http://twitter.com/area51research

Via Facebook Tech Rumble - http://www.facebook.com/techrumble

and drop a note/message saying that you want to be part of the Unhandled Exceptions series and describe what you are doing (company, story of interest).

We want to know, “who are you?”
