Sub-Inspector found murdered in Panadura

A Sub-Inspector attached to the Bandaaragama Police was found murdered at his home in Panadura (South) today (6), Police Spokesman told Ada Derana. 

The body of the officer was found with his throat slit in Bethgama area in Panadura.

“The police are yet to disclose the motive behind the murder. Investigations are underway to arrest the perpetrators,” ASP Ruwan Gunasekara added.

The body has been sent to the Panadura Base hospital for the post-mortem.
