Indika Gunawardena passes away at age 72

Former Minister and MP Indika Gunawardena has passed away at the age of 72-years, a family member told Ada Derana.


He was the former Cabinet Minister of Fisheries, Higher Education and a Member of Parliament. The brother of Dinesh Gunawardena and the eldest son of Philip Gunawardena.
