French Ambassador calls on Commander of the Navy

The French Ambassador to Sri Lanka and Maldives, Jean-Marin Schub has called on the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne. 


The discussion was held at the Naval Headquarters in Colombo today (04), the Navy said in a statement.


“The Ambassador was awarded with a Guard of Honour on his arrival. He was accompanied by Commander Loic Bizot, the Defence Attaché of the French Embassy in Sri Lanka. 


They held cordial discussions on matters of mutual interests and bilateral importance. Mementos were also exchanged to mark the occasion.” The statement added.
