Fire erupts on ship at Colombo Port

A fire has been reported from a container onboard a ship docked at the Colombo Port.
The fire had broken out in a container onboard a ship which was scheduled to depart for India, the Colombo Harbour Police said.
The fire has been completely extinguished by the fire brigade of the Colombo Port, they said.
