Three of a family commit suicide in Kotahena

Three members of the same family including two children have died and are believed to have committed suicide by consuming poison at a residence in Kotahena.
Police said that a father (47), his daughter (13) and son (9) were rushed to hospital by neighbors in Wasala Mawatha, Kotahena.
However, all three of them died on admission to the hospital, according to police.
