Two cops arrested for abusing a Russian woman

Two police Constables attached to the Ministerial Security Division have been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a Russian woman, police confirmed on Sunday.


The incident has taken place in Mt. Lavinia few days ago, according to police.


The investigation to identify and apprehend the suspects was initiated following a complaint lodged with police by the woman, it was reported.


The two cops will be produced before the Magistrate this afternoon.
