Rauff Hakeem not on board with new election system

I strongly oppose the boundaries determined as it does not do justice to the minorities, Minister of Urban Development, Water Supply and Drainage, Rauff Hakeem states.
The Minister stated this at a media briefing after an event in Kandy.
He also added that he was not at all on board with the new election system.
