The representatives of the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) have decided to call on the Maha Sanga of the three sects, sources said.

During the meeting, the TNA would discuss the issues faced by the Tamils and regarding the proposed new Constitution, it was reported.

The TNA too sought the attention of the Maha Nayaka Theros to reconsider their policy to oppose the process of drafting a new Constitution. The representatives pointed out that the new Constitution will bring in legislation that would address the issues of all communities.
