Principal of Anula Vidyalaya transferred

The Principal of Anula Vidyalaya, Nugegoda has been transferred to the Education Ministry with immediate effect.

Issuing a statement, the ministry said that this has been done based on the recommendations of the preliminary inquiry carried out on the school following the complaints received regarding administrative issues and the admission of students to Grade 1.

The transfer order has been issued by the Secretary to the Ministry of Education Sunil Hettiarachchi, effective immediately, subject to the cover approval of the Public Service Commission’s educational service committee.
