Breakdown at Kollupitiya grid substation

The power supply to several areas in Kollupitiya and suburbs has been suspended due to a breakdown at the Kollupitiya grid substation.

The Ministry of Power and Energy said that repairs are currently underway to rectify the issue and that the power supply to the affected areas will be restored as soon as possible.
