PM directly affected if President is assassinated – Gammanpila

There are 5 main pieces of evidence to confirm the relationship between DIG Nalaka de Silva and the IGP, says PHU MP Udaya Gammanpila.

Being biased towards a party, corruption, misuse of power, inappropriate behavior and nonsensicalness are those evidences said the MP.

He stated this addressing a press conference held at the party headquarters of Pivithuru Hela Urumaya (PHU), this morning (25).

If the IGP isn’t removed, he can only be removed via a parliament decision, he points out.

Therefore, if UNP doesn’t support it in the parliament, a doubt arises whether there is support from UNP for the President assassination conspiracy, stated Gammanpila.

He further said that the Prime Minister is directly affected if the President is assassinated.
