Number of injured in public protests climbs over 30

The number of people who were injured during the ongoing protests and admitted to the National Hospital in Colombo currently stands over 30, Ada Derana learns.

According to hospital sources, at least 31 people including several police officers have sustained injuries. Among them, two are reportedly in critical condition.
