Unidentified body recovered from Lake Gregory

The body of a male has been found in Lake Gregory in Nuwara Eliya today.

The body was recovered based on a tip-off received by the Nuwara Eliya Police.

The body was taken out of the lake following the magisterial inquest.

The identity of the deceased is yet to be confirmed.
