Gihan Pilapitiya to appear before court on April 02

Interdicted Judge Gihan Pilapitiya has been issued notices to appear before the Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court, stated Ada Derana reporter.

Accordingly, he is to appear before the court on the 2nd of April.

The notices have been issued when a case on the controversial phone recordings with parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake was taken up at the court today (02).

Currently, High Court Judge Gihan Pilapitiya has been interdicted by the Judicial Service Commission.
