T20I Tri-Series: Sri Lanka restricts Zimbabwe to 146/5

Zimbabwe posted a below-par 146/5 in the allotted 20 overs against Sri Lanka in the fifth game of the Pakistan T20I Tri-Series in Rawalpindi.

Spinners Wanindu Hasaranga and Maheesh Theekshana took two wickets apiece to restrict the Zimbabweans to below 150 in the must-win encounter.

Both Hasaranga and Theekshana finished with identical figures of 2/23 in four overs while skipper Dasun Shanaka took the other scalp.

For Zimbabwe, Ryan Burl hit an unbeaten 37 off 26 deliveries.

Skipper Sikandar Raza also hit 37 while Brian Bennett scored 34.

Earlier Zimbabwe captain Raza won the toss and elected to bat first.
