Samsung Electronics will unveil five new gaming monitor models at CES 2026, to be held in Las Vegas on Jan. 4 (local time) next year, including the world’s first gaming monitor to support 6K ultra-high resolution.

The new product lineup to be unveiled includes the world’s first 32-inch glasses-free 3D monitor supporting 6K ultra-high resolution, the Odyssey 3D (G90XH); a 32-inch Odyssey G8 (G80HS), the first gaming monitor to support 6K ultra-high resolution; a 27-inch Odyssey G8 (G80HF) offering 5K ultra-high resolution with a refresh rate of up to 180 Hz; a 32-inch Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SH) featuring quantum dot (QD) organic light-emitting diode (OLED) technology with a 240 Hz refresh rate and 300 nits of brightness; and a 27-inch Odyssey G6 (G60H) that delivers the world’s first 1,040 Hz refresh rate based on a dual-mode system.

The Odyssey 3D delivers a glasses-free 3D experience and is the world’s first monitor to feature 6K resolution. It features customizable 3D settings optimized for different games, supports refresh rates of up to 165 Hz, and offers a response time of 1 millisecond (GtG).

Both Odyssey G8 models (G80HF and G80SH) support a wide range of advanced gaming features, including DisplayPort 2.1, NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. In particular, the G80SH is equipped with DisplayPort 2.1 supporting ultra-high bit rate (UHBR) 20, offering a transmission bandwidth of up to 80 gigabits per second, enabling stable delivery of advanced visual technologies such as high dynamic range (HDR) and variable refresh rate (VRR) without data loss or distortion.

Samsung Electronics will also introduce ultra-high refresh-rate models optimized for e-sports and high-performance gaming environments. The 27-inch Odyssey G6 supports QHD (2560×1440) resolution and a 600 Hz refresh rate, and in dual-mode ultra-high refresh-rate settings, it achieves the world’s first 1,040 Hz refresh rate, enabling genre-specific optimized gameplay.
