President Mahinda Rajapaksa pays his last respects to the late Chairman of Puttalam Pradeshiya Sabha, Diluk Susara Pathirage who was killed in a motor accident on Thursday (25). The PS chairman and his driver were traveling towards Puttalam from Colombo when their vehicle collided with a tipper truck near the Chilaw- Deduru Oya Bridge. (Pic by - Chandana Perera)
