Elephant and swan – the campaign begins…..

With the giant symbol of the United National Party (UNP) rendering a backdrop on stage, Opposition and United National Front (UNF) leader Ranil Wickremesinghe (left) and General (Retired) Sarath Fonseka wave at the massive crowd which thronged to the Nawaloka Grounds at Welisara where the special convention of the UNp is being held.
