Derana goes green...

A ceremony to distribute plants to Derana staff members, under the Manusath Derana ‘One Million Trees’ campaign, to mark the 13th anniversary of TV Derana, was held this morning (4) at the Derana Head Office with the participation of Agriculture Minister Mahinda Amaraweera as the distinguished chief guest. The minister presented the saplings of fruit trees to the Derana staff members, to be planted at their homes, during the ceremony which was organized with the complete support of the Agriculture Ministry.
