JVP mass rally…

Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna had organized a mass rally urging the government to resign immediately.

The slogans of the protest read “The government that compromised the people’s safety must resign”, “Defeating the government is a victory for the people”, “The government that is oppressing the people must resign”,

The rally was joined by JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake, JVP General Secretary Tilvin Silva, JVP MPs Bimal Rathnayake and Sunil Handunnetti and may other members of the party.
