President joins Iftar gathering at President’s House…

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake attended an Iftar gathering held at the President’s House on Wednesday (18) evening to mark the breaking of the daily fast observed by Muslim devotees during the holy month of Ramadan. The event was attended by Islamic religious leaders, Ministers and Members of Parliament, as well as members of the diplomatic community and other distinguished guests, and was conducted with prominence given to religious observances.
