A Christmas Carol Festival organized by the 51st division of the Army under the direction of Security Forces Commander - Jaffna  Maj. Gen. Leonard Mark was held at the Jaffna Doraiappa Stadium. Ada Derana was there to cover the event which signifies the light at the end of the tunnel for the people of Jaffna who have seen decades of war and conflict. The Bishop of Jaffna Right Rev. Thomas Saundranayagam was the Chief Guest while the Minister for Social welfare and development Douglas Devandanda was the Guest of Honour. Pic by Venura Kanishka and Waruna Sanjeeva Liyanage
