45-year-old hacked to death over personal dispute

A person has been hacked to death with a sharp weapon in the Kotiyagala area of Athimale.
The incident has taken place last morning (12), the police said.
The deceased is a 45-year-old resident of the Kotiyagala area of Athimale.
Police stated that the incident had taken place as a result of a personal dispute between the victim and another person.
A 27-year-old resident of Kotiyalgala has been arrested in connection with the murder.
Athimale Police are conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
