Anura Kumara secures win in Kandy

The results of the Kandy polling division in the Kandy District for the 2024 Presidential Election have been released by the Election Commission.
National People’s Power (NPP) candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake has received the highest number of votes in the Kandy polling division with a total of 13,336 votes.
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 13,336 (44.29%)
Sajith Premadasa - 9,083 (30.17%)
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 6,361 (21.13%)
Dilith Jayaweera - 416 (1.38%)
Namal Rajapaksa – 380 (1.26%)
