Lanka Sathosa Chairman resigns

The Chairman of the Lanka Sathosa, Pasanda Yapa Abeywardena has resigned from his position.

Abeywardena has sent his resignation letter to the Minister of Trade Nalin Fernando today (23).

In his resignation letter, Abeywardena has stated that he made this decision allowing the newly elected President to appoint a new Chairman for Lanka Sathosa Ltd. as he sees fit.
