The international community is following a binary set of rules, accuses Wimal Weerawansa. The Minister claims that the manner in which international organizations act regarding the assassination of Osama bin Laden by America contradicts the manner in which they had operated concerning Sri Lanka’s eradication of terrorism.

Speaking during an event in Ulapane he expressed that the country was triumphant in completely eradicating the murderous terrorism from Sri Lanka.

Despite this, he claimed that Ban Ki-moon with his Expert Panel report was chasing after the government further accusing the Secretary General of making no queries regarding the killing of Bin Laden by America.
