APRC proposal could be base for ongoing talks too: Minister Vitharana

Proposals agreed upon at the All Party Representative Committee (APRC) could be utilized for the ongoing discussions between the government and the Tamil National Alliance, said Senior Minister Tissa Vitharana. He said that the deliberations and agreements by the 13 party APRC could be made the basis of the talks.


Ninister Vitharana told Ada Derana that he had put forward the proposals and agreements of the APRC to the government delegation that was holding talk with the TNA. He added that he had requested the delegation to consider the APRC proposals as well during the current talks.
