Collision between lorry, bus leaves 7 injured

Police reports that seven (07) individuals have been injured, four critically, following a traffic accident along the Mahiyangana-Teldeniya main road at noon today. The incident had occurred when a lorry had collided with a bus at Gonawala, Oruthota.
The injured were admitted to the Teldeniya Hospital for treatment while the four persons, whose condition had been critical, were transferred to the Kandy General Hospital, the Teldeniya Police which is conducting further investigation into the incident stated.
