Next round of talks between TNA and Govt. today

The Tamil National Alliance (TNA) will meet with government representatives today (June 23) to hold another round of talks regarding the political solution. The government will reply to the TNA’s proposal concerning the devolution of power at the meeting.

 

Minister Nimal Siripala De Silva, External Affairs Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris, MP Prof. Rajiva Wijesingha and MP Sajin Vaas Gunawardena will represent the government at the talks while Party leader R. Sampanthan, Suresh Premachandran, M. Senathiraja and M.A. Sumanthiran will represent the TNA.
