Tea pluckers hospitalized after wasp attack

A group of tea pluckers in the Norwood area were hospitalized after being attacked by a swarm of wasps today.
Twelve females had sustained injuries from the wasp attack, which occurred when a wasp nest on a tea bush was accidentally disrupted.
Eight of the injured tea pluckers are currently receiving treatment at the Hatton District Hospital.
